Russia slams Kazakhstan scrap export ban

Kazakhstan’s move to limit scrap exports by rail will disrupt raw material supply to steelmakers and can be reported to the Eurasian Economic Commission as a Eurasian Customs Union (EAEU) internal market trade barrier.
