SAIL sees rise in annual crude steel production
State-run Steel Authority of India (SAIL)’s crude steel output grew 3.6% on-year to 19.41 million tonnes in the fiscal year ended 31 March 2023 (FY23). Hot metal production increased 5.3% to 18.29mt, the steel ministry says.
