Severstal produces import-substituting cryogenic steel
Russian steelmaker Severstal has completed the development and production of cryogenic nickel-alloyed plate at its Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant (CherMK), the company tells Kallanish.
The product has received a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the European standard EN 10028:4.
