Strike Resources completes capital raising
Australian miner Strike Resources has completed an AUD 1.1 million ($740,000) capital raising via the issue of 13.75 million shares at an issue price of AUD 0.08 per share, Kallanish notes.
The issue was completed within the company’s 15% placement capacity under the ASX listing rules, to institutional and sophisticated and professional shareholders/investors.
The funds raised will be used to advance the Stage 2 Paulsens East iron ore project development.…
