US denies Kinder Morgan pipeline tariff exclusion

The Bureau of Industry and Security has (BIS) denied an exclusion request from Kinder Morgan entity Gulf Coast Express Pipeline LLC for 42-inch, X70 welded steel pipe being imported from Turkey's Borusan Mannesmann.
