Three Chinese steelmakers announce November flats offers
China’s Baosteel, Anshan Iron & Steel (Angang) and Benxi Iron & Steel (Bengang) have announced November list prices for their flat steel products. Angang and Bengang have a relatively positive outlook for November, but Baosteel is more cautious, Kallanish observes.
