Turkish billet exports fall despite North Africa demand
Turkish semi-finished product exports, the vast majority of which were billet, plummeted -45% on-year in October to 77,019 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. This was, however, up from 67,657t in September.
