Bearish sentiment depresses Turkish rebar further
Turkish mills have continued to decrease their rebar export quotes as demand is yet to recover in either the domestic or export markets. On the other hand, weaker scrap and low-priced imported billet offers from Russia are supporting lower rebar values.
