Turkish scrap, rebar markets question bottomed prices
Although scrap and rebar prices have continued to decline since last week, on Thursday more market participants in Turkey were seen questioning if levels are close to bottoming, notes Kallanish.
Distressed scrap cargoes have disappeared and some suppliers backed off from the market on Thursday. Prices are seen resisting lower levels, although they continued to decline on the latest deal from the US heard on Wednesday night.
