Mazza Recycling acquires New Jersey neighbor Liberty
In a merger involving two New Jersey scrap metal handlers, Mazza Recycling Services has acquired Liberty Waste and Recycling, the companies confirm.
The transaction helps Tinton Falls, New Jersey-based Mazza Recycling expand its territory in southern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, according to a LinkedIn post by Mazza.
