UAE's ESA drops June-rolling wire rod prices
United Arab Emirates benchmark mill Emirates Steel Arkan (ESA) has decreased its June-delivery wire rod price for local consumers by AED 75/tonne ($20) compared to last month, Kallanish confirms from market sources.
6.5-14mm thick, AISI/SAE 1006-1018 grades wire rod is quoted at AED 2,276.95/t ($620) ex-works against letter-of-credit (LC) 90 days or cash in advance, VAT excluded.
