UK construction prospects improve in February
Steel-intensive commercial work and housing have underpinned a rebound in activity in the UK construction sector, according to the latest IHS Markit/CIPS survey monitored by Kallanish. New orders increased in February at the fastest pace since December 2015 while staffing levels were close to stabilisation.
