US announces more sanctions on Russian carmakers, OMK
The US Treasury Department significantly expanded sanctions against Russian companies last week, including more automakers like the revived Moskvich, Sollers and Avtovaz, as well as pipemaker OMK, Kallanish notes.
All assets belonging to the organisations in the US will be blocked. In addition, a ban will be imposed on American persons from any interaction with sanctioned companies.
