US determines no sales in PC strand investigation
The US Department of Commerce has published the final results of an anti-dumping investigation, finding that the singular Ukrainian producer/exporter of pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) under review did not conduct sales domestically in the US at less than fair values.
