US House passes Great American Outdoors Act
The US House of Representatives has passed the Great American Outdoors Act, which could provide up to $20 billion in maintenance funds for the US Department of the Interior, Kallanish reports.
In a vote yesterday, the House passed the Republican-backed bill by a vote of 310 in favor and 107 against. The Great American Outdoor Act now awaits executive approval by US president Donald Trump.
