US long steel export volumes continue to decline
Monthly exports of carbon steel long products from the US continued to decline through October, Kallanish learns from the Department of Commerce's latest steel monitoring data.
According to Commerce's enforcement and compliance office, the nation's monthly long carbon steel exports fell by 16,828 tonnes, or 12.5%, from the previous month's total of 117,586t.
