US releases another tranche of transit infrastructure aid
The US Department of Transportation is releasing $9.9 billion in funds to support public transit, Kallanish discovers from a government press release.
The funds are part of President Biden’s Investing in America agenda through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law channel. The agenda and law fall within the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, which authorises $108 billion for public transportation.
