US steel construction input prices rise in May

Prices for steel products paid by construction contractors in the US continued rising in May, Kallanish learns from a recent analysis of labour statistics data by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of America. According to the AGC analysis, monthly prices paid for steel mill products by US construction contractors rose by 10.7% during May and by 6.9% on a three-month moving average.
