Vale’s iron ore exports continue growing in October
Vale’s iron ore shipments abroad increased year-on-year in October, according to Sindicato Nacional da Indústria da Extração de Ferro e Metais Básicos (Sinferbase) data monitored by Kallanish. Exports, however, were lower compared to the previous month.
Vale’s exports of iron ore totalled 26.3 million tonnes in October. This was 1.01mt or 4% higher on-year, but down by -4.4% over September.
