Voestalpine increases annual research budget further
Voestalpine has lined up a budget for research & development of €185 million ($217m) in the 2021/22 business year, which runs through March 2022.
The Austrian group notes it has continuously raised its research and development expenditure in recent years. Even in the challenging market environment of the 2020/21 business year, it maintained a high level of research spending at €153m, and is now continuing the trend with another year-on-year increase.…
