Italian welded tube prices seen bottoming
Italian welded tube prices may have reached bottom as current discounts and values are deemed “unsustainable”. The most competitive prices for hot rolled coil seen in recent weeks are not available anymore and tube values are at below cost of production, Kallanish hears.
