ZMP plans to increase output in 2024
Russia’s Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant (ZMP) increased stainless steel production last year by 9% on-year to 47,375 tonnes, says general director Sergei Marchenko.
In 2024, the plant wants to ramp up output to 50,000t, Kallanish notes.
ZMP supplies Russia’s pipe industry, as well as automotive, aviation, energy, chemical, petrochemical, water transport and nuclear power plants.
