AESC set to increase 2026 production capacity target
Power battery firm AESC, formerly known as Envision AESC, is said to have increased its 2026 lithium battery production capacity target from 300 gigawatt-hours/year to 400 GWh/y.
According to Japan’s Nikkei XTECH, the move to expand its production target is associated with the acceleration of the global battery electric vehicle transformation. The company is yet to respond Kallanish’s request for comment.
