Core Lithium expands resource estimate at Finniss project, targets further growth
Australia-listed Core Lithium said Tuesday the total mineral resources at its Finniss lithium project near Darwin, in the Northern Territory, has been increased by 62%, Kallanish reports.
Overall estimated resources now stand at 30.6 million tonnes at 1.31% lithium oxide, while measured and indicated resources rose by 46% to 19.4m t at 1.37% Li2O. A total of 39,600 metres were drilled in last year’s reverse circulation (RC) and diamond drilling campaign.
