Core Lithium may enter a legal battle with Tesla on lapsed offtake deal
Australian miner Core Lithium suggested it may need to legally fight Tesla in courts after failed offtake negotiations. The electric vehicle manufacturer has notified Core of a potential legal claim, Kallanish reports.
According to a Core presentation on 17 August, Tesla’s notice concerns the parties’ failure to execute a definitive agreement after a binding term sheet they entered on 1 March 2022.
