EIB to sign €800m financing for raw materials projects in Argentina, Brazil and Chile
The European Investment Bank (EIB) will confirm an €800 million ($897.4m) financing package for climate action projects in Argentina, Brazil and Chile next week, Kallanish reports.
The announcement is planned during the EU-CELAC summit happening on 17-18 July in Brussels. Several loans will be signed with the South American nations as part of the EU’s Global Gateway initiative, an EIB spokesperson says.
