Electra Battery Materials' trial boosts black mass processing
Electra Battery Materials plans to increase operations following a successful battery materials recycling trial at its cobalt sulphate refinery.
The nine-month trial focused on recovering high-value elements including lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese from black mass material.
