Energy Fuels closes on acquisition of Brazil heavy mineral RE sands
US-based Energy Fuels say it has completed its acquisition of 15,089.71 hectares in Brazil for its Bahia heavy mineral rare earth sands project, Kallanish reports.
The company, with headquarters in Colorado, has acquired 17 mineral concessions covering 58.3 square miles between the towns of Prado and Caravelas in Brazil’s state of Bahia. The deal had been announced last May.
