Ganfeng Lithium to acquire another 5% in Mali Lithium
Shenzhen-listed Ganfeng Lithium plans to acquire another 5% stake in Mali Lithium to help promote the development and construction of the Goulamina spodumene project in Mali, Kallanish learns.
The Chinese firm said in a securities filing on 18 January that its board of directors approved the investment proposal, and its wholly-owned subsidiary Ganfeng International will use up to $65 million to fund the acquisition.
