Lithium Americas shares jump on Thacker Pass approval
Share prices in Lithium Americas jumped as much as 21.2% after receiving approval for its US-based Thacker Pass lithium project, Kallanish reports.
Following final approval for the project from the US Bureau of Land Management on Friday, the company’s share price rose to a high of CAD 31.64 ($24.87) on Monday, up CAD 5.53 from its previous closing price of CAD 26.11 on 15 January.
