LITHIUM: E3 Metals Corp is becoming E3 Lithium Ltd
E3 Metals has a new not-yet-official name: E3 Lithium Ltd, Kallanish reports.
Shareholders in the Alberta-based lithium developer and lithium technology innovator, will be asked on 24 June at the company’s annual meeting to approve the name change. The change must be approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange. A new trading symbol must also be adopted.
