LITHIUM: Lake Resources to expand drilling in Argentina
Australia’s Lake Resources confirmed Thursday increased interest from potential offtakers has led the company to expand lithium brine drilling in Argentina, Kallanish reports.
It will start a 10-hole, 4,000-metre drill programme at its Olaroz, Cauchari and Paso brine projects, which are located near the Orocobre and Ganfeng operations, in the Jujuy province. Drilling is set to start in late January 2022 at the northern areas of the Olaroz leases.
