LITHIUM: Savannah Resources joins International Lithium Association
UK-listed Savannah Resources said Tuesday it has joined big lithium companies in the International Lithium Association (ILiA) with a view to push for the development of a lithium supply chain in Europe.
As an associate member, the company developing lithium resources in Portugal joins the five founding members SQM, Ganfeng Lithium, AMG Brazil, Orocobre and Pilbara Minerals. These companies hold well over half of global lithium production, Kallanish learns.
