MANGANESE: Element 25 inks first Butcherbird offtake agreement
Australian manganese producer Element 25 has finalised the first of its offtake agreement for the Butcherbird Manganese project, Kallanish reports.
The agreement sees Singapore-based manganese and silicon metals mining & trading firm, OM Materials, a subsidiary of OM Holdings (OMH), take 100% of the manganese ore from the first stage of the project. The offtake agreement will run for a period of five years, with an option to extend for a further five years.
