Metal Hawk acquires IGO's stake in JV projects
Australian miner Metal Hawk has signed a binding agreement to buy IGO’s 51% joint venture interest in the Kanowna East, Emu Lake and Fraser South projects in Western Australia.
The transaction will result in IGO’s shareholding in Metal Hawk increasing from 5.4% to 8.2%, Kallanish notes.
