NICKEL: Brazil's refined nickel exports reach 29-month high
Brazilian nickel exports rose in December both monthly and annually, according to the country’s National Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic).
Data monitored by Kallanish shows that refined nickel exports were 76.4% more m-o-m and up by 32.1% y-o-y in the last month of 2021 at 189,000 tonnes. This volume was the highest exported since the 220,000t shipped abroad in July 2019.
