Nickel Industries increases stake in ENC to 13.75%
Australian miner Nickel Industries has completed the acquisition of an additional 8.25% interest in the Excelsior Nickel Cobalt project (ENC) in the Morowali industrial park in Indonesia.
The Singapore-incorporated holding company, Excelsior International Investment, received $198.8 million in cash from Nickel Industries. With the transaction, Nickel Industries’ state in the ENC project increased to 13.75%.
