Nickel Industries inks sales agreement with Glencore
Australia-listed Nickel Industries (NIC) announced Tuesday it has entered into a nickel matte sales contract with Swiss mining and trading giant Glencore, Kallanish reports.
Under the contract, running for an initial six-month term starting January 2024, Nickel Industries will sell nickel matte from its Hengjaya nickel project in Indonesia to Glencore. The contract marks the firm’s first sales to Western customers.
