Posco-led consortium plans $6.7 billion green hydrogen project in Oman
A consortium of six companies, led by South Korean steelmaker Posco, has reportedly won a $6.7 billion green hydrogen deal from Oman.
According to The Korea Economic Daily, the consortium is currently negotiating project details and Oman’s minister of energy and minerals will join an upcoming signing ceremony scheduled on 21 June.
The project is expected to establish the largest green hydrogen plant at Duqm, a port town in east-central Oman…
