Stellantis to invest $6.1 billion on ethanol-hybrid vehicles in Brazil
European carmaker Stellantis said Wednesday it will invest €5.6 billion ($6.1 billion) in Brazil to support over 40 new products, including ethanol-hybrid vehicles, Kallanish reports.
The investment, to be deployed from 2025 to 2030, is said to be the largest in the history of the Brazilian and South American automotive industry. It enable the development of “innovative decarbonisation technologies” across the auto supply chain, Stellantis claims…
