US DOE, ACE Green sign battery recycling agreement
Singapore’s ACE Green Recycling has signed a cooperative research and development agreement with the US Department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL).
Under the agreement, NREL will help further develop ACE’s low-cost lithium-ion battery recycling technology at its Colorado laboratory. The parties will place a focus on recovery solutions for graphite, lithium-iron phosphate (LFP), and other cathode active materials.
