US Postal Service unveils new EV fleet, charging stations
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has unveiled its first set of EV charging stations, located at its South Atlanta sorting and delivery centre.
This electrified effort is part of the Postal Service’s $40 billion investment strategy to upgrade its transportation and delivery networks, Kallanish notes. In the coming years, USPS plans to install these EV charging stations at 400 of new sorting and delivery centres across the US.
