VW China's transmission company to liquidate
Volkswagen China confirmed that it is shutting down its automatic transmission production facilities located in Shanghai, according to Chinese media outlet Economic View.
Due to impacts brought by market demand changes, VW Automatic Transmission (Shanghai) plans to stop production in March 2023, as well as shutting down the company and starting the liquidation processes, Kallanish learns from this Chinese media.
