Rio, CISA disagree on peak steel, again

The China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) now expects the country’s crude steel production to fall 1.07% in 2015 to 814 million tonnes, according to CISA vice chairman Li Xinchuang. This means that 2014 was the peak for Chinese output, something with which Rio Tinto apparently disagrees.
