OMK abandons Chusovoy seamless pipe plant
Russia's United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has abandoned the project to build a seamless pipe plant for the oil & gas sector at Chusovoy Metallurgical Works (CMW). This is due to abrupt changes in the macroeconomic situation, which have had a negative impact on the investment climate, the firm says.
