Private steelmakers hardest hit in China
China’s privately-owned steelmakers will bear the brunt of the current market downturn, with many expected to go out of business entirely, according to Zhao Xizi, honorary president of the China Chamber of Commerce for Metallurgical Enterprises (CCCME).
