Africa steel production falls sequentially in November

Crude steel production in Egypt, South Africa, Algeria, Morocco, Libya and Tunisia totalled 1.84 million tonnes in November, down 7.5% from October but up 3.1% on-year. The monthly decline was driven by Egypt's and Algeria's diminishing production, notes Kallanish.
