AK, ArcelorMittal, NLMK join US sheet hike
Several additional sheet producers have lent their weight to the new flat-rolled increase spearheaded on Thursday by Nucor, Kallanish learns.
Echoing Nucor’s increase, AK is upping its spot base prices for all carbon flat-rolled products by a minimum of $30/short ton, according to a customer letter. ArcelorMittal USA and NLMK are likewise raising prices by $30/st.
