AK buys stamper for $360 million
AK Steel has finalised its purchase of automotive stamper Precision Partners Holding Company for $360 million, Kallanish reports.
AK initially announced its intention to buy the company in early July. Precision consists of eight facilities in Ontario, Alabama and Kentucky.
