AK names new director from General Cable
US carbon and stainless steelmaker AK Steel is appointing the former ceo of wire and cable maker General Cable Corporation to its board of directors, Kallanish understands.
Gregory Kenny will join the board January 1. He served as president and ceo of General Cable from August 2001 to June 2015. He had been with the company since March 1997.
